Sean R. Dawson was born in New Orleans and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is a 1989 graduate of the LSU-Herbert Law Center. She also earned her LLM in taxation from New York University. Sean has experience in both transactional matters and litigation. Her practice includes representing individuals, businesses, and owners’ associations in various real estate matters, business formation and ongoing entity matters, lien filings, creditor’s rights, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and succession matters and disability claims. In addition to her legal education, Sean has an accounting and tax background, and she represents tax exempt organizations and individuals with income tax matters. Sean has litigated cases in both the state and federal court systems. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
